I have often talked enough about my weight gain but forgets to mention that the husband is having problems as well. He is gaining weight and to add to that he can’t exercise (for health reasons) nor can he take any supplements which put him in a dilemma. It would have been easier if there were no restriction since he could exercise and take the best fat burner for men to lose weight. Right now he tries not to eat too much but his metabolism is getting slower with less mobility. We reached an agreement weeks ago, we will lose weight and to achieve that is to minimize food intake. And I could do my workout daily for as long as my body can handle it. It does sound so simple yet so hard to do. But we hope it will work somehow.
