When I realized I was gaining weight and quick, I was in a panic. I did not want to be fat again. I was in a frenzy searching online and asking friends what to do to lose weight. I got different answers. Some swear on how effective a certain diet was but when I tried it did not work on me. Maybe because I wanted drastic results. I wanted to lose 5 lbs in, say, a week. Was that too hard to do? Apparently it was since I am still heavy, lol. When eating small meals, don’t-eat-after-six, and some such advice did not work that was when I thought about weight loss supplements. I even bought an over-the-counter pack which I used (and actually worked!) for about three weeks. I complained about how big the tablets were so I looked for something else, read about alli, and asked does alli work to a few friends who were also in the same boat as me. We all ended up not buying it because we have more pressing matters to spend our money on, bills. You should agree it is more important than losing weight, right? But anyway, so that is the reason why I am still heavy. Or it could be that I eat too much? No matter, I am determined (for now) to lose weight even if it means working out and not eating too much.
