This is a before picture of the chicken barbecue I fixed the other day. There is no after picture because I marinated the chicken longer than I should (way longer, like over two days) which produced an almost inedible barbecue. I read on the site where I got the recipe from that marinating over two days results to burning while grilling because of the sugar in the marinade. Well, I forgot all about it until the last minute and there was nothing I could do about it. What ever I was able to salvage was very good. I always like my barbecue a bit sweet which is what I achieved. Next time I will pay attention to details and maybe every skewer will turn out good and not burnt.
