Upon listening to the adults (lol) talk, I realized that it is not easy to get social security disability when a person gets disabled anymore. There are factors that the SSA considers like age and school background and the applicant’s income before he was disabled. There are cases that a person will get approved after his first try but some have to do a disability appeal to be considered the second time. It is an amazing read when you get started and once you understand all the terms and legalities. I spent a few times online reading about social security disability just for the information since a friend’s aging mother-in-law applied for disability months ago and was denied and she was told to reapply although I don’t know if she ever did. I thought that age was a factor and the old lady should have gotten it since she is passed retirement age really old but she did not. While I have read of people who were approved in their forties. I guess decisions vary according to facts and medical records presented, I don’t know. All I know is that I have been thinking this early in the morning. I must have rested well last night for my mind to function this early, lol. Or maybe it was the breakfast which did it?
